Fees and Fee Schedule
All of the aforementioned services are included when the Client agrees our terms of service and signs a contract as agreed to in our fee table; these services can also be purchased on an hourly basis of $100 per hour.
CWS Asset Management’s tiered fee table for its services is as follows:

$0 - $79,999.99 =.50 of one percent (50 basis points) Minimum Annual fee of $500
$80,000.00 - $149,99.99 =.45 of one percent (45 basis points)
$150,000.00 - $599,999.99 =.40 of one percent (40 basis points)
$600,000.00 - $999,999.99 =.35 of one percent (35 basis points)
$1,000,000.00 – and above =.30 of one percent (30 basis points)
Description of fees
Asset Management Fees
At the end of each quarter, clients pay to CWS Asset Management a fee calculated at an annual rate as indicated in the fee table below. The fee is based upon the value of the client’s assets and is calculated on the quarter-end market value of the portfolio held during the previous calendar quarter (March, June, September, December and multiplying that quotient by the applicable number of basis points set forth in the fee table (one basis point equals 1/100 of one percent). If an asset management contract is signed, CWS Asset Management has a minimum fee of $400 per year. The product is then divided by 4 to determine the quarterly fee. Put another way, the formula for determining quarterly fees due is as follows:
((prior quarter-end market value) x (applicable number of basis points))/4
Hourly Fees
For clients who chose the hourly service, the billing rate is $100 per hour. All of the services provided by CWS Asset Management can be purchased on an hourly basis. The client will pay $100 per hour based on how long the service takes for CWS Asset Management to complete the task for each client. For example, if a client wishes for CWS Asset Management to only assist in creating an investment goal and a college funding plan that takes 2 hours to complete, the client will pay $200. For hourly clients, CWS Asset Management will give the prospective client an estimate before services are given of the approximate time the service will take. The clients will pay the $100 per hour fee after services have been completed.
